I had many ideas about the Science Research Project this week. I was highly interested in doing a experiments on chocolate. So i came up with doing an experiment on 'The quality of chocolate affects its melting time - comparative study of melting times of various chocolates'.
The mind map below shows a brief outline of the variables that are involved in this experiment, it also includes the various types of chocolate i will be using.

Sarah, another controlled variable could be what temperature the stove is. You would need to keep it at the same heat.
